7. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

7.1 Bookings

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. You will receive confirmation via the email address associated with your account.

7.2 Payments

All fees are displayed on the platform prior to purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

7.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Ownership of drawings or other creative outputs produced during sessions is governed by the agreement between you and your specialist. We make no claim to such outputs unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
